公共危机伪信息管理混沌论——混沌理论在公共危机伪信息管理中的应用背景分析

In recent years, with the emergency of fake information in public crisis events, the fake information and its complexity has become an important issue in China. However, facing the specialty and complexity, the traditional theories and methods cannot explain and forecast the fake information efficiently and well, which usually causes big deviation between the results of the study and practical situation. This article believed that Chaos Theory would be helpful to find out the real reason of fake information behind the complicated phenomena. So, on the basis of related articles, the appropriateness between Chaos Theory and fake information management in public crisis was analyzed by case analysis and from complexity science in this article. Then, the application background and feasibility of fake information management in public crisis basing on chaos theory were analyzed respectively, from the era, the realistic, the theoretical and the scientific background, which pointed out the necessity and the feasibility. At last, it concluded that Chaos Theory can provide the fake information management with new normal formulas, which would help to study the essence of complexity and corresponding management methods of fake information. It also concluded that researching on fake information management in public crisis and its complexity basing on Chaos Theory possessed both theoretical and practical significance, and will become an more and more important issue in the future.
