有机酸对污泥发酵产氢的影响研究

在厌氧发酵中积累的乙酸、丁酸、乳酸等有机酸对产氢有重要作用影响。通过对外加不同浓度乙酸、丁酸、乳酸的剩余活性污泥发酵过程研究,发现乙酸对污泥最终产氢量没有明显影响;丁酸对产氢有一定的促进作用;乳酸对产氢有明显的抑制。根据修正的Gompertz式回归结果可知,三种有机酸的加入都不同程度地延长了产氢延迟时间,并且对最大产氢速率产生影响。有机酸的加入改变了产氢菌对于营养物质的利用。

he organic acids accumulated during the process of excess sludge anaerobic fermentation has critical effects on the production of hydrogen. The effects of added acetate acid, butyrate acid and lactic acid on fermentative hydrogen production by sludge were investigated. The results showed that acetate acid had little effect on the final hydrogen yield, while butyrate acid had a positive effect on hydrogen production, and lactic acid could inhibit hydrogen production obviously. According to the fitting results of modified Gompertz model, the lag time could be prolonged by all the organic acids and influence the maximum hydrogen production rate. The utilization of soluble protein and sugar were also influenced by the addition of organic acids.
