本文介绍了以三氯化铝为原料,经离子交换溶胶-凝胶法在α-Al2O3管式载体制备γ-Al2O3膜的新方法。应用XRD、FTIR、TEM、SEM、BET等测试手段对膜的热稳定性、结构、形貌、孔径及其分布进行了表征。扫描电镜表明,膜表面完整、无缺陷。气体渗透实验表明担载膜具有一定的气体选择性,在0.1MPa下对H2/ N2、H2/ CH4和 H2/ CO2的分离因子分别为3.21、2.23和4.11。等温氮气吸附实验显示:600℃热处理后氧化铝膜的最可几孔径为3.7nm,孔容为0.18ml/g,比表面积为176.9m2/g。

A new method using aluminium chloride as precursors by ion exchange sol-gel route for preparation of γ-Al2O3 membranes on α-Al2O3 tube substrate was introduced in this paper. The thermal stability, phase transformation, structure, appearance and pore size distribution of γ-alumina membranes were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FT-IR), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and nitrogen isothermal absorption measurement. SEM images showed that the membranes were defect-free. Gas permeability test suggested that the obtained membranes possessed gas selectivity, and its separation factor at 0.1 MPa for H2/N2, H2/ CH4 and H2/ CO2 were 3.21,2.23, and 4.11, respectively. The most concentrative pore diameter, pore volume and specific surface area of an unsupported membrane calcinated at 600℃ were 3.7nm, 0.18ml/g and 176.9m2/g, respectively.
