本文探究了利用直接沉积法将对盐酸羟胺合成的金纳米颗粒修饰在深红红螺菌表面的方法。利用盐酸羟胺合成的表面带羟基的金纳米颗粒,通过表面化学基团的直接沉积法,利用金颗粒表面羟基与深红红螺菌表面蛋白质或脂多糖的氨基之间的氢键作用完成修饰。反应体系的pH对直接沉积法影响较大,当反应体系的pH为3时,细菌表面修饰效果最好,大量均匀的金颗粒修饰在细菌上,且细菌仍保持螺旋状的形貌。表面带羟基的金纳米颗粒介导的直接沉积法较为普适,对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均有效。?????
We explored the surface modification of live R.rubrum through direct deposition of gold nanoparticles.The gold nanoparticles were prepared from hydroxylamine hydrochloride (HAHC). By using the direct deposition method, we successfully modified R.rubrum with gold nanoparticle with high efficicy through hydrogen bonding betweenprotein or lipid polysaccharides amine groups on bacterial surfaceand surface hydroxyl groups on gold nanoparticle. The pH value of the reaction system played a vital role on the direct deposition of gold nanoparticles on bacteria with the optimized pH value of 3. Under pH 3, the R.rubrum cells were homogeneously covered with a large number of gold nanoparticles with the spiral morphology well preserved. The direct deposition method using HAHC-gold nanoparticles was generalizable, which was successfully applied to for both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.
