血管紧张素II在子宫内膜癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义

Objective To detect the expressions of AngII in different Serum with endometrial cancer and explore the relationship between AngII and the development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay（ELISA ）was used to dectect the serum level of AngII in 191 patients with endometrial carcinoma and 137 healthy cintrols. Besides, the assays of high blood pressure has been analyzed. Results （1）The levels of AngII in patients with endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P < 0.05); （2）Endometrial cancer group and the control group were divided into two teams (by the line of a blood pressure get on 140/90 mmHg over 4 weeks).Compare each two teams of the four found that they all have meaningful (P < 0.05) except the comparison between the endometrial carcinoma with normol blood pressure and the group with high blood pressure (P > 0.05).（3）Serum AngII expression have differences statistically significant in different tumor size, infringement of muscular layer and different pathological stages (P < 0.05)，but in pathologic differentiation degree. Conclusion AngII is closely related to the occurrence of endometrial cancer development, its rise may be a high-risk endometrial cancer disease signal.
