乙醇-黄原胶耦合发酵系统的初步研究
Study on the Ethanol-Xanthan Coupled Two-stage Fermentation
本文初步探索了乙醇-黄原胶耦合发酵系统建立的可行性和工艺,即控制乙醇发酵到一定程度,发酵液去除固形物,蒸馏回收酒精,然后利用酒精糟液中剩余营养物质进行黄原胶发酵。摇瓶和小罐试验证实该方案是可行的,该耦联发酵工艺优化条件为:选择木薯淀粉进行乙醇发酵60h的酒精糟液,添加2g/L 磷酸二氢钾,不添加无机氮源。在该优化条件下,7L发酵罐中耦联发酵的黄原胶产量达到20g/L,转化率约为50%。
he feasibility and technology of the ethanol-Xanthan coupled two-stage fermentation was investigated in this work. When ethanol fermentation was stopped ahead of time and the solid content was removed by centrifugation, the ethanol in the broth was recovered by distillation and the resulting thin distiller with a lot of nutrients was employed for Xanthan fermentation. Test in flask culture and 7L batch fermenter proved the feasibility of this novel technology. The optimal condition for this coupled fermentation was as follows: the thin distiller of ethanol fermentation (60h) using cassava starch was chosen for Xanthan fermentation, 2 g/L of potassium dihydrogen phosphate was added in the medium and inorganic nitrogen source was not required. Under the above condition, 20 g/L Xanthan was obtained in 7L fermenter with a yield of 50%.
