基于Bayes方法的可靠性建模
Reliability analysis for wind turbines based on Bayes method
近年来,风机在我国大量投入使用,随着风机数量与使用时间的增长,风机开始出现各类故障,为此本文以风力发电机整机系统作为研究对象,对其运行可靠性的变化进行建模。通过对我国华北地区某风场近三年风机失效情况的观察,进行可靠性建模,运用Bayes方法估计可靠性分布参数,建立的模型适用于评估一般风力发电机的运行可靠性,同时可以为科学的维修策略提供依据。
More and more wind turbines are put into use in recent years. As the amount increasing and the operation time accumulating, wind turbines subject to different sort of failures. As observing a wind farm for three years, this paper aims at presenting a general method to model the reliability of wind turbines using the recording field data, in which the wind turbine is considered as a whole system. Monte Carlo simulation is applied to improve the completeness of field data, and the Bayes theorem combined with Gibbs sampling is applied to predict the future reliability based on the failure data. The assess model given in the paper is of great significance in assessing operational reliability for wind turbines.
