单分散CdSe1-xSx(x=0-1)纳米晶的形貌可控合成及表征
Monodisperse CdSe1-xSx(x=0-1) Nanocrystals:Shape-controlled Synthesis and Characterizations
采用高温有机液相法,通过调节硒、硫前驱体的比例合成,调控合成了正四面体形貌的单分散(尺寸约5纳米)的不同硒硫比的CdSe1-xSx(x=0-1) 系列纳米晶。采用透射电镜(TEM)、UV-Vis-NIR吸收光谱对样品形貌、性能进行了表征。并对其进行HRTEM、STEM、X-射线衍射(XRD)表征。并对不同S、Se比例结构的纳米晶进行光电流性能表征进行对比分析。结果表明,随着加入硒前驱体量的增加,CdSe1-xSx纳米晶的光电流提高。
In this paper, High temperature organic phase method was applied to controllably synthesize monodisperse CdSe1-xSx(x=0-1) nanocrystals (NCs) with tetrahedral morphology. The diameter of the as-prepared CdSe1-xSx NCs is about 5 nm through tailoring the concentration of the addition of selenium and sulfur precursor. The morphologies of the NCs were confirmed by TEM and the optical properties were verified through UV-Vis-NIR absorption spectra. Typically, CdS NCs were characterized via HRTEM, STEM and XRD. Photocurrent response was employed to characterize the properties of the CdSe1-xSx NCs. As it indicates, the photocurrent response of CdSe1-xSx NCs film enhanced gradually with the increase of the selenium precursor.
