涤纶纤维以D5为介质的分散染料染色研究

Study on the dyeing of PET fiber with disperse dyes in D5 media

采用了一种新型环保的介质(D5)代替传统的染色介质水作为涤纶的染色介质。实验发现,少量的水在D5体系中起到促染的作用,在D5中直接添加少量水和在织物浸轧少量水都能使分散染料更好的上染涤纶,但分散染料在浸轧水的织物上透染性差,在D5中直接添加水的染色效果更为理想,且添加的水量与织物重和染料浓度无关,只与D5的体积有关。当在D5体系中染色条件为:纯分散染料浓度0.8%(o. w. f),织物重1g,浴比1:20,添加水量0.3mL,染色温度130℃,保温时间60min,就可获得常规高温高压水浴染色同样的染色效果,且不用添加任何分散剂,染色过程生态环保。

his experiment selected a new kind of environmental media (D5) instead of using water on the dyeing of PET, and the important factors affecting dyeing results were studied. It was found that a small amount of water in the D5 system can improve the dyeing properties, and the method of add water can also effect dyeing properties. The amount of water added in the D5 with heavy fabric and dye concentration has nothing to do only with the volume of the D5. When the D5 system in the dyeing conditions: pure disperse the concentration of 0.8%(o. w. f), the fabric weight 1g, bath ratio of 1:20, add water, 0.3mL, dyeing temperature of 130 ℃, holding time of 60min, can be obtained same effect with conventional high temperature and pressure dyeing in water, and without adding any dispersing agent, dyeing process eco-friendly.
