绿证经济及“绿证*”模式探索

With the increasing global attention to climate change and the implementation of relevant green trade barriers abroad, green electricity and Green Electricity Certificate （GEC） will become increasingly important. By analyzing the environmental value and price mechanism of GEC, as well as the three major operating mechanisms of the GEC economy: additive effect, multiplier effect, and exponential effect, the mechanism of the GEC economy is systematically elaborated. Based on this, two major development paths for the GEC economy are proposed. Firstly, by exploring product markets, enriching application scenarios, and innovating industrial technologies, the GEC industry chain is created. Secondly, an industrial community is constructed through the "GEC+" model, "GEC×" model, and "GEC industry ecological community" model. The GEC economy will become increasingly active and prosperous. In response to issues such as the incomplete GEC trading system, the need to enhance international recognition, and the budding GEC economy, suggestions are proposed to continuously optimize and improve the GEC market system, engage in dialogue and mutual recognition between carbon reduction and GEC, and accelerate the cultivation of the GEC economy.
